Those with substance abuse or mental health diagnoses often find that their path of recovery will be a lifelong journey. Mental health diagnoses can affect many areas of life, long after someone has left treatment. Just because someone no longer needs the intensive structure provided in residential, PHP, and IOP, it doesn’t mean they don’t need on-going support. Stressors, new and old, will continue to pop up, and it is ok to need a check in once in a while to stay on track.
For this reason, we offer short- and long-term outpatient rehab programs. Clients often continue on with us, long after their initial 90 day plan is completed. During an outpatient program, they may continue to get extra support as they transition back into school, move into their own apartment, or adjust to full-time employment.

When young adults from age 18 to 35 reach out to Launch Centers, they will first participate in an intake process. Intake involves a thorough review of treatment needs and life challenges, as well as hopes and dreams.
