Julia Grace Vishnepolsky, M.A., R-DMT, holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University, Cambridge, MA, a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from McGill University, Montreal, Qc, and is a registered Dance/Movement Therapist with the American Dance Therapy Association.
She has dedicated the last 14 years to studying the nature of human behavior
with a deep exploration in the role of the positive psychology, mindfulness, creativity, and embodiment in helping human beings thrive.
Julia Grace specializes in trauma sensitive somatic and expressive therapeutic approaches that support individuals in recovery reduce stress and anxiety, overcome depression and trauma, navigate relationships, transitions, increase resiliency, and become more present, fulfilled, and self-expressed in their life.
Ms. Vishnepolsky has worked with a variety of clinical populations including children with behavioral and neurological challenges; adults with chronic mental illness, trauma and dual diagnoses in community mental health & outpatient settings, and currently, addiction recovery in intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP) and residential settings.
In addition to her clinical work, Julia Grace teaches corporate meditation classes and runs a holistic wellness center in Santa Monica, CA.
